I love the view & comforter, the staff were amazing, the bed was very comfortable, the service was on point, I appreciate the beach view I love the beach so that was right on time for me. The hotel is so lovely I just love the lobby and would love to have gatherings there. They bathrooms in the clean is very clean and the whole building smells phenomenal. Thanks again Mrs. Sue and Kareyann y’all were a blessing and the other staffs I can’t remember y’all name.

We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but heard many guests compliment the food/service/cost. This is in a perfect location. The beach access is across the road but there is a crosswalk with a caution light that all traffic respected. The beach access is a long wooden platform walkway that makes is easy to get beach items from the hotel to the beach with no hassle. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. When you return there is a rinse station and shoe brushes to get the sand off. This hotel is also pet friendly. They keep full water bowls outside for dogs. The hotel parking is a small fee but worth it since the lot is very secure and away from the public. The staff were extremely friendly. The housekeeping staff were so kind and helpful. We already know we are returning. As far as the location, they are close to Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, and Morehead City. The local restaurants have great food and good vibes. The people are friendly and if you have children there is a beautiful aquarium, water park, laser tag, mini golf, go carts, etc. The hotel has a pool that had a nice variety of seating to lounge in the sun or shade. Hotel Alice serves every kind of guest from families to dog lovers to couples. I highly recommend it if you are planning to visit the area!

Everyone gave excellent customer service! The staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! We had everything we needed in the room, and the bed was comfortable. The beach was only moments away from our room.

Great location with easy walk to the beach, everything in the hotel and room was clean and in “like new” condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, quiet and with a good view of the golf course. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was great. The area was quiet and so pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Sorry I forgot his name by the nice guy working front desk was a blessing !! Kind and caring since we were displaced from the hurricane.. he was so helpful! He walked with me to 2 rooms to see which was best for my little boy in a wheelchair. Love the area, coffee was good, nice sitting area out front, beach access, nice clean pool area.

hotel was very nice .. clean .. liked that they had breakfast and a bar for evening! Pool and seating very nice .. gym nice too but didn't use! lol Hotel staff nice and very helpful needing extra towels, etc. Housekeeping very nice and sweet.

Love the look of the hotel, the location in proximity to the beach, every front desk clerk was welcoming and accomodating. Customer service was on point. Hotel mamager should be proud. Also loved that it was pet friendly. The hotel is very beautifully designed. Very art deco.

The location was good, and it was easy to get to restaurants and other attractions. we had some issues with our room when we first arrived at the hotel. We informed management and they were willing to move us to another room, however, we were going to a wedding on the beach and did not have time to change rooms. Management contacted me the next day and discussed the issues that we had. They were very kind and apologize about the issues we had during our stay. Because of the concern that hotel management had for us and our issue, my family and I will stay at Hotel Alice. It meant so much to me when they contacted me the day after I left the hotel to apologize and discuss how they plan to correct the issue. This showed the professionalism and concerned they have for their guest and their property. I plan to visit Hotel Alice again in September or early October before it gets cold. August 2024
